(1) Children are not allowed to use this site.
Adult language and other possible adult content restricts the use of this site to Adults.
             
(2) The owners of this site, under law, cannot be held responsible for content brought
in by members. We will remove content that is in violation of copyright or other laws,
when the content has been "proven" to be in the violation of the creator’s rights.

(3) Should a member or group of members choose to portrait activities that may be
offensive to other members: Shall keep their activities private; in an area, they have a
right to control. Example: a private sim/island. Lessors of Adult activity islands shall
properly designate the area is for adult activity in any advertising they do.

(4) Treat your neighbors with respect. Repeated unfriendly activity towards other
members, may result in loss of service.

(5) Our service includes rental of space in our virtual simulators. Should the simulations
cease to function properly, need maintenance or by Acts of God are unavailable for use 
the members will not be compensated for the time they could not be in-world or the loss
of profits from any activity, such as sub rentals, vendor sales or any other venture.

(6) By using our service, you agree;
a)  You will not do anything Unlawful.
b)  You will not sell ANY content you are not the creator of.
c)  You will not upload any content that infringes on others creative rights.
d)  You will not use any software which duplicates or stores any content other than the
software we may provide to store your content, including iar and oar files.
e)  You agree that we are not liable to you or any other party for the content,
modification thereof or the suspension of services either temporarily or permanently.
* We do our best to keep your content intact, on our commercial grade servers. However,
servers and server parts do not last forever. Component failure is expected, anticipated
and to this extent, we run multiple raided drives and multiple mean of backup on all of our
servers.
f)  You are responsible, for backing up your iar files, to your own computer and for making
oar files (backups of your sims) on our servers. We provide the mean for you to do this
through our web pages in the Members Area.

With the above information in mind, the creators of this grid hope you 
enjoy its use, make friends and feel pride in what you create here. After all
the creation of this grid was done to enable people to enjoy making things, making friends,
and generally, having the ability to make "Your world, your way!"
